caching

added some basic caching, in response to this earlier post. to sum up, in WordOps I updated to the most recent WordOps release, ran wo site update riffic.rocks --wpfc, ran wo stack install --redis, and installed a redis object cache plugin. Still a WordPress noob but please stress test my site a little? Please don’t hack!
