What you’re referring to as Bluesky, is in fact, Dorsey/Bluesky, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, Dorsey plus Bluesky. #Bluesky is not a social protocol unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning Dorsey’s AT Protocol system made useful by the Dorsey corelibs, shell utilities, and vital system components comprising a full social network as defined by Jack himself.
Many computer users run a modified version of the Dorsey system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of Dorsey which is widely used today is often called “Bluesky”, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the Dorsey system, developed by Jack Dorsey.
